WHAT´S GOING ON?

:15th year of point to point MTB race over ridges and valleys of Strážovské vrchy near Nová Dubnica (area of Nová Dubnica, Trenčianske Teplice, Omšenie, Baske, Dolná Poruba, Horná Poruba, Ilava).

:The oldest, the hardest and the biggest of all MTB Marathones in Slovakia:

THE OLDEST - the Marathon is consistently taking place every year since 1995

THE HARDEST - holds the record for the length and elevation

THE BIGGEST - most attended MTB marathon in Slovakia

:most of the routes are on solid forrest roads and forrest trials. Rough trials and asphalt are minimazed. The routes are well marked. 

Traditionaly the highest and the most popular point of the race is Baske (955m)

:the Marathon is part of the prestigious iVelo Bike Marathon série 2009
